Founded in 1939, LUMSA University<\/span><\/a> is the first public non-state italian university in Rome, Italy. It is also present in Palermo and Taranto and is today a point of reference in the national and international academic panorama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The academic offer includes degree courses, post-graduate courses, 1 year professional masters, and PhDs in law, economics, ICT and social studies, in primary education, psychology, and communication sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The student\u2019s role is essential in the LUMSA\u2019s tailor-made<\/span><\/a> educational project, as it revolves around academic and human factors: this is a winning approach, highly appreciated by our over 9,000 students<\/strong>. It is not a case, in fact, that 96.8% of LUMSA\u2019s graduates feel highly satisfied, according to an independent annual report (AlmaLaurea, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within a large variety of academic subjects, mostly taught in Italian, LUMSA University offers some<\/strong> international-oriented courses taught in English<\/strong><\/span><\/a>: Management and finance \u2013 with two majors in Banking and finance for innovation and in Entrepreneurship and innovation for sustainability \u2013, International relations, Marketing & digital communication, and Psychology of work and organizational well-being. All of them are 24-month programs structured as Laurea Magistrale<\/em>, or Master\u2019s Degree (120 ECTS), equivalent to EQF Level 7<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management and finance<\/span><\/a><\/strong> is an international learning path in which functional and sectoral knowledge is integrated into the themes of innovation and sustainability, preparing graduates to take on managerial roles with full awareness of the economic, social and environmental challenges of the 21st century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International relations<\/span><\/a><\/strong> is a course that gives graduates a multidisciplinary approach: this program intends to equip students with the essential elements to engage in decision-making and problem-solving activities in complex, changing contexts that are radically different from their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marketing and digital communication<\/span><\/a><\/strong> provides a comprehensive study of fundamental marketing and communication theory, as well as practical skills, abilities and tools in crafting and providing content through both traditional and digital media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Psychology of work and organizational well-being<\/span><\/a><\/strong> aims to train graduates with high theoretical-scientific and professional skills aimed at the management of human resources and workplace well-being, as well as the evaluation and planning of individual, group and network intervention in organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
